Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles, be able to think critically, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current state nursing license or permit to practice nursing in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
  • PALS certification within 3 months of hire
  • De-escalation training within 90 days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

About Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.
