Your Role

You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, paying special attention to factors that increase the risk of wound formation. Your skilled debridement and prescribing skills will enable you to provide effective wound care, while medication management will be an essential part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Thorough Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, paying special attention to factors that increase the risk of wound formation.
  2. Skilled Debridement: Perform wound debridement and prescribe appropriate wound dressings.
  3. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Order necessary medications and provide clear instructions for their use.
  4. Educate and Communicate: Educate nursing staff, and maintain open communication with primary care physicians, families, and clinical teams as required.
