Our focus is on fostering innovation and teamwork to achieve our corporate aspirations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to lead regulatory initiatives, guarantee adherence to compliance standards, and liaise with key stakeholders. This position may entail the creation of case documentation, acting as a subject matter expert, and spearheading process enhancements and unique projects.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as necessary.
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $98,000
Maximum: $146,000
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cases of moderate complexity
- Independently manage the regulatory process
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Serve as a subject matter expert and prepare relevant documentation
- Review and assist in the development of regulatory submissions
- Propose enhancements to processes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Evaluate regulatory filings and offer strategic guidance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in regulatory affairs, project management, and communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
- Capability to effectively present information to all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and persuasive skills
