Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our kitchen team, your duties will include:
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, including tables, shelves, and cooking equipment
  • Washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, either by hand or using dishwashers
  • Organizing and storing clean dishes and cooking tools
  • Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and kitchen equipment
  • Restocking supplies in serving stations and storage areas
  • Cleaning floors and assisting with deliveries

Required Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices
  • Experience operating commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates who have:
  • A background check clearance
  • Completed high school or vocational coursework related to kitchen operations
