Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, including but not limited to tables, shelves, grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils using dishwashers or manually.
- Organize and store clean dishes and cooking equipment appropriately.
- Maintain kitchen workspaces and equipment in a tidy and orderly manner.
- Restock supplies such as food and utensils in serving areas and storage.
- Sweep and wash floors regularly.
- Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries.

Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
- Basic knowledge of operating commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant dishwashing role is preferred.
- May require a valid food handlers sanitation certification (requirements may vary by location).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (for deliveries and inventory).
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school or vocational coursework in kitchen fundamentals, such as food safety, is preferred.
