The Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process, ensuring that our physicians are able to work as contracted.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain excellent relationships with our clients and develop an understanding of their unique credentialing processes
- Ensure completion of all details involved in provider credentialing files, accomplished in accordance to Medicus standards
- Communicate frequently and provide consistent credentialing updates to our providers, clients, and internal delivery teams
- Provide world-class customer service via phone and email correspondence
- Maintenance of physician personnel files and physician database
- Assist with other projects as assigned
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, utilizing time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
