**Job Summary**
As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
* Handle guest requests for information, mail, and messages, as well as provide assistance with check-ins and check-outs
* Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
* Deliver guest items and packages to their rooms
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
