Job Description

The Senior Associate, Productivity will be a remote position that supports the Global and North American Productivity team in productivity reporting. Productivity reporting involves tracking, measuring, and reporting on buying performance and savings commitments for nominated dentsu's Global and North American clients across nominated markets and media types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate benchmarking methodology and productivity targets to local market buying/client heads
  • Manage ongoing tracking of media buying performance management (productivity) across nominated dentsu media clients and markets
  • Deliver reported buying data in line with agreed methodology and timing
  • Prepare monthly savings reports and client presentations where necessary
  • Input data, analyze data, and track savings to provide reports back to the teams using Excel or web tools
  • Work closely with dentsu media and Investment teams on ad hoc or data analysis projects
  • Contact and build relationships with external Media Auditors to ensure evaluation, auditing, and benchmarking functions are favorably managed and savings are validated correctly
  • Troubleshoot investment management issues – identifying and resolving specific market delivery issues
