Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Elderly Care Specialists to provide in-home eldercare services to our valued clients. Our team of caregivers support individuals with physical or mental challenges, enabling them to remain in their homes.
Estimated Salary Range$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive hourly rate that reflects the skills and dedication required for this vital role.
Responsibilities- Provide domestic services including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients.
- Offer companionship and engage in conversation with clients to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with mobility issues, including getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair, to promote independence and safety.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed, ensuring they receive necessary treatment.
- Support personal hygiene, including brushing teeth, toileting, and bathing, to maintain dignity and well-being.
- Change bed linens regularly to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a clean environment.
- Assist with daily activities based on client needs and limitations, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Provide a caring and positive presence for clients, understanding the importance of emotional support in caregiving.
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
- Availability: Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 8am-8pm, or 8pm-8am to accommodate diverse client schedules.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, reflecting our commitment to serving a multicultural community.
- Minimum one year of experience in home care or healthcare setting, demonstrating expertise and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate timely client visits.
- Car insurance required to ensure safe transportation for clients.
- Willingness to comply with legal and institutional requirements, upholding our commitment to quality care.
