Corporate Receptionist

The Corporate Reception position is a full-time role that involves answering a multi-phone line system, greeting and directing visitors/employees, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet employees, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide customer service by placing maintenance requests on behalf of employees and responding to inquiries.
- Issue and deactivate access badges for new and terminated employees.
- Complete administrative duties and projects as required.
- Maintain the unassigned occupant list from WISP for Corporate Campus Buildings.
Required in-office presence at least 5 days per week.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service position preferred.
- Experience with a multi-line switchboard answering high volume calls preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.
- MS Office experience preferred.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to relate well to all levels in the organization.
