Position Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be instrumental in enhancing technical expertise in nanomagnetic devices. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Modeling and simulating voltage-controlled devices
  • Fabricating and characterizing advanced magnetic devices
  • Collaborating with a network of interdisciplinary scientists and engineers
Required Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in electrical/electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the modeling and fabrication of nanomagnetic devices
  • Strong foundation in magnetism and solid-state physics
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Proven commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with magnetic force microscopy (MFM) techniques
  • Familiarity with magneto-optical characterization methods
  • Knowledge of Lorentz Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
  • Skills in micromagnetic and atomistic simulations
  • Experience in electron beam lithography and materials deposition
