Job Title: Postdoctoral Research Associate - Non-volatile Magnetic Memory Fabrication and Characterization

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be instrumental in enhancing and broadening technical expertise in the field of nanomagnetic devices. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Modeling and simulating voltage-controlled devices
  • Fabricating and characterizing nanomagnetic devices
  • Collaborating with a network of scientists and engineers
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in electrical/electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the modeling and fabrication of nanomagnetic devices
  • Strong foundation in magnetism and solid-state physics
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven commitment to diversity and inclusion
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with magnetic force microscopy (MFM) techniques
  • Familiarity with magneto-optical characterization methods
  • Knowledge of Lorentz Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
  • Skills in micromagnetic and atomistic simulations
  • Experience in electron beam lithography and materials deposition
