About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Strategist to join our team at Red Ventures. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing complex digitally focused acquisition marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive paid media strategy across multiple channels, including search, social, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to drive improvements in campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to inform campaign strategy and make recommendations to improve existing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver management reporting materials, including dashboards and presentations.
  • Manage a team of Paid Media Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Creative, to define features and develop site experience strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and driving complex digitally focused acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop cohesive strategies for campaign execution.
  • Data-focused and analytically-minded, with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of data visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience working with Redshift.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights and communicating recommendations to all levels of leadership.
  • Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively across functional teams.
