Job Title: Higher Education Database Administrator

The Ford Agency is seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to support a successful organization focused on the refinement and innovation of the higher education space. This role will coordinate data across multiple systems and work closely with various teams to ensure effective database customization promoting organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement database architectures and customizations to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure database design is in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Integrate data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Document best practices, processes, and procedures for the team to ensure seamless data management.
  • Troubleshoot database issues and provide support to users to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on higher education.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Community Brands solutions.
  • Experience with database design and customization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication skills.

Candidates for this position must be based in the DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
