Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement database architectures and customizations
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure database design is in alignment with organizational needs
  • Integrate data from various sources ensuring data quality
  • Document best practices, processes, and procedures for the team
  • Troubleshoot database issues and provide support to users
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies


Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Community Brands solutions
  • Experience with database design and customization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
