About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Pract to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose respiratory conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) certification.
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT) certification.
