Physician - PRN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician to join our team at Premier Health Consultants. As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-focused healthcare services to all patients in collaboration with other staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients by clinical interview, history, physical examination, and interpretation of applicable tests to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-focused healthcare.
- Aide patients in their right to be informed and to participate in making decisions in all aspects of their medical care and treatment plan while respecting their personal values and beliefs.
- Actively promote health and disease prevention by educating both the patient and family.
- Order and review necessary tests, analyses, results, and diagnostic images in a timely manner to determine appropriate treatment and follow-up.
- Administer or prescribe treatments and medications appropriate for patient age and condition.
- Refer patients to medical specialists, consultant services, or emergency departments when necessary for patient well-being.
- Accurately, efficiently, and completely document necessary data for patient records to facilitate completion of billing processes.
- Participate in department quality improvement activities, staff educational programs, attend departmental meetings, and demonstrate and maintain clinical competency in the delivery of patient care services in accordance with company guidelines.
- Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine is required.
- Current State Medical License; CDS Controlled Substance License as applicable per prescriptive authority; DEA Drug Enforcement Agency Registration Number as applicable per prescriptive authority; Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Active medical board certification required per state requirements.
- Successful completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for full-time Physician is preferred.
