Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced skills and training to access and manage patients on ECMO, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the ECMO Coordinator and Physicians to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
- Develop and maintain expertise in ECMO technology and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- 2-5 years of experience in critical care, preferably in a pediatric or neonatal setting.
- Preferred: RN, RT, or Perfusionist certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
