River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at our LifeSPRING location. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating program activities, and providing leadership to our site's staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Lead Staff: Provide direction, guidance, and support to our clinical and support staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
- Treatment Planning and Evaluation: Oversee treatment plans for program participants, including assessing needs, developing individualized plans, and regularly evaluating progress.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Manage administrative tasks related to client intake, documentation, reporting, and compliance, including diagnosing and documenting client notes, submitting reports to relevant agencies, and maintaining records.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies, coordinate referrals, and maintain compliance with contractual obligations, requiring diplomacy, negotiation skills, and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Organization and Time Management: Manage multiple responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining waiting lists, preparing reports, and overseeing staff meetings, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a social service field, such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Human Services.
- License and Experience: Must have an Associate License or Fully Licensed in a relevant field, such as LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Background Check and Drug Test: Must pass an intensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Expertise and Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in mental health and substance abuse services and community resources.
River Edge Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized and evidence-based residential and outpatient treatment program for women seeking recovery from substance use disorder. We welcome mothers, pregnant women, and women primarily of childbearing age and offer a supportive, substance-free setting to aid women in achieving self-sufficiency.
