Role Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and compassionate bilingual Case Manager fluent in both English and Spanish. The Case Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the timeshare exit journey, ensuring they receive personalized support and timely information. This position demands exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to addressing clients' concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' motivations for exiting their timeshare agreements.
  • Evaluate clients' timeshare contracts, financial situations, and legal obligations to create tailored exit strategies.
  • Research and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and contractual terms related to timeshare ownership and termination.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the exit process, managing expectations and addressing inquiries.
  • Engage with timeshare developers, management firms, and legal representatives on behalf of clients to negotiate exit options and settlements.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for timeshare exit, including cancellation letters and legal notices.
  • Track the progress of timeshare exit cases, ensuring milestones are met and following up with clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective timeshare exits.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case details, and outcomes in the company’s database.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their exit cases, including any developments or challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and best practices in timeshare exit services to enhance expertise.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in case management, customer service, or legal assistance (note: we are not attorneys).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with timeshare industry practices and regulations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
