- Receive and log mail for internal processing, verifying accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Validate physical document standards against DMV requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Audit transactional data requirements versus dealer-submitted data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Create completed DMV bundles for submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle state inquiries via email and/or phone, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Validate physical document standards against DMV requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Handle communication with clients or client support regarding rejections, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Print out daily inventory items, matching plates, stickers to the correct registration card.
- Match inventory to the correct shipping label to mail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process inventory bulk orders, validating orders and ensuring timely shipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
