Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in problem-solving initiatives, development of countermeasures, and continuous improvement processes.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis leading to effective corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary resource for quality-related inquiries within the assigned production area, making informed accept/reject decisions.
- Analyze quality trends to identify defect causes and implement corrective measures.
- Follow up on all countermeasures established for internal and customer-related issues.
- Assess task requirements promptly, identify potential challenges, and communicate effectively to ensure successful task execution.
- Utilize sound judgment and statistical/analytical reasoning in decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of transmission disassembly and assembly is advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems, processes, and materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
