  • Conducting preventive maintenance and training for operators
  • Fostering robust customer relationships and facilitating issue resolution
  • Encouraging new business prospects and revenue growth

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capacity to learn and utilize new technologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • A+ Certification or equivalent experience in computer hardware and software
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent background in engineering or technical disciplines

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Potential for on-call and after-hours support
  • Possibility of international travel
  • Valid driver's license and passport required
