The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics, outcomes research, or epidemiology, with experience in developing and implementing research plans, managing external vendors, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health economics, outcomes research, and epidemiology plans that align with brand strategies and medical affairs strategies.
- Manage external vendors in the conduct of HEOR research projects, including defining study design, data analysis, and results.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and develop customer-facing materials to communicate value to payers and clinical decision-makers.
- Contribute to the development of publications and presentations of research accomplishments at scientific conferences and forums.
- Develop and present research-related topics to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Graduate degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, or public health.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences industry.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate key insights into strategy and tactics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
