Job Description

Achieve Behavior Change is dedicated to providing ethical and effective ABA services to individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced BCBA's to provide high-quality ABA services, supervise behavior technicians, and participate in mentorship and case review meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years ABA experience
  • Enrolled in a BCBA program
  • BA/BS
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
  • Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
