Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative sales support to customers, guiding them through their options and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales promotions to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous retail or sales experience a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
