Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to all cleaning and recovery standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining a visually appealing store environment and adhering to all visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts as needed, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
