  • Create and maintain partnerships with a focus on group sales, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Grow and maintain a client base through cold calls, email outreach, and other sales efforts.
  • Use a CRM system to track daily contact with clients and manage sales pipeline.
  • Assist with hospitality services, including cleaning, stocking, serving food, and prepping food to increase food and beverage sales.
  • Manage and support part-time staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Work all home games, nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to multitask and work in stressful situations to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
  • Create and build relationships with current and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with other group sales executives to meet department and individual goals.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and strategies to maximize efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate details for client events, including ticket distribution, food and beverage selection, and other logistical arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Experience running an hourly staff and leading teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, and be on their feet for extended periods.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, and related POS systems.
