Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, guaranteeing all machinery and equipment operate smoothly and safely. This role requires a proactive individual with basic mechanical knowledge who can troubleshoot and maintain various machines, perform routine inspections, and address any issues promptly. The technician will also manage machine parts inventory, ensuring necessary components are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily checks and maintenance of machinery to ensure seamless operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments) according to established schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and any necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify issues and develop solutions to improve machine performance.
  • Ensure all tools and parts are maintained, organized, and available for use.
  • Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to report major repairs or replacements needed.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with standard hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package

This position comes with a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company matching 401(k), dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
