About This Role

The Fulfillment Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, inventory management, or logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
