Fulfillment Operations Specialist

R2Net is a leading diamond jewelry company that operates a robust e-commerce platform connecting manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in bringing online orders to life by managing the reception, selection, packaging, and shipping of our diamond jewelry products.
This fast-paced, multi-function role requires a strong attention-to-detail and passion for process and organization. You will work closely with teammates from Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to ensure a high standard of quality, care, and workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire complete knowledge of all processes and operations in the packaging area.
- Receive incoming shipments and arrange incoming deliveries in designated areas.
- Pack merchandise for delivery.
- Support the department manager in daily office needs and manage general administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the team in processing and completing purchase orders.
Competencies:
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must.
- Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback.
- A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations.
- Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc).
Requirements:
- High School Degree, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
