Position Title: Machine Operator

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

This role is crucial in ensuring that machinery operates efficiently while producing high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustments and preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure the quality of manufactured parts meets established standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Interpret technical drawings and part specifications.
  • Operate one production line at a time to maintain focus and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with various machinery.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Language Proficiency: Ability to read and understand safety protocols, operational guidelines, and maintenance manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to handle problems involving a limited number of concrete variables in standardized situations.

This position may require weekend work with prior notice.
