Job Description

Position Overview

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Expert to lead our infrastructure and capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, working with architecture and infrastructure teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure projects, including building management systems, temperature monitoring systems, VOIP, wireless access, and other systems
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, Microsoft project schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with business analysts to ensure business requirements are elicited from stakeholders and documented
  • Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the project technical lead
  • Act as a facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projects related to the OMH Business efforts
  • Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor
  • Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes

Requirements

  • 84 months of experience as a project manager, managing infrastructure projects
  • 60 months of experience as a project manager working as a liaison between requesting entities and vendors
  • 48 months of experience working on projects that require working with architecture and infrastructure teams
  • 48 months of project management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above
  • 24 months of experience working on projects that require working with architecture and infrastructure teams
  • 24 months of experience in creating and maintaining system documentation artifacts
