Family Permanency Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are receiving the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to help them build on their strengths and become strong advocates for children and families
We are looking for someone with an advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field, or a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure.
