Senior Organizer, Immigrant Justice Advocate

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recruit, train, and organize Community Navigators and Parent Mentors
* Develop and implement curriculum for leader trainings
* Connect clients to our broader organizing campaigns
* Assist organizers and lead Community Navigators in developing and executing trainings, actions, and celebrations
* Ensure up-to-date information about Community Navigators is in the organizational database
* Submit required grant reports on time and accurately
* Participate in public education workshops and represent TRP at interagency organizing tables
* Assist with implementation of communications and marketing plan for department
* Stay current on changes in immigration law and procedures
* Cultivate and manage relationships with participants, leaders, and TRP partner institutions
* Maintain required job skills and core professional competencies
* Attend and participate in required educational programs and staff meetings
**Requirements:**
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* 3+ years of experience working with immigrant communities
* Demonstrated commitment to immigrant justice
* Excellent verbal, analytical, writing, and organization skills
* Public speaking skills
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Internet
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel throughout the state
