Role Responsibilities:

  1. Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts, fully prepared to deliver exceptional service.
  2. Provide outstanding hospitality to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
  3. Maintain and apply extensive knowledge of our beer and food offerings.
  4. Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations, including seating guests, answering inquiries, and supporting various tasks as needed.
  5. Accurately process orders and payments, ensuring efficiency and precision.
  6. Communicate any guest concerns or issues to management promptly.
  7. Address dietary restrictions and allergies with management and kitchen staff.

  10. Exhibit professionalism and courtesy both on and off the clock, fostering a respectful and communicative workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits:
