Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. This full-time position requires working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily care and assistance to senior clients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Monitor clients' health and promptly report any changes or concerns
  • Maintain and enhance clients' safety and well-being
  • Accurately document all services provided
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Demonstrate effective and compassionate communication skills with clients and their families
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting and transferring clients
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
