Customer Service Lead

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Perform shift supervision and ensure that all store merchandise is built to plan
- Complete grocery orders and deliveries as needed
- Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
