About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at Curo Health Services. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during a challenging time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family.
  • Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family, and hospice team.
  • Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
  • Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient.
  • Maintain all assigned patient clinical records.
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
  • RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
  • Additional experience in hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry, or travel nursing.
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
