Qualifications:

Become the Best Hospice Nurse Practitioner You Can Be

If you possess the following qualifications, we would like to connect with you:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
Required Certifications and Licensure:
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state
  • Active DEA license in the state of service provision
  • Maintain valid CPR certification while in a clinical position, preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various locations
  • Comply with state regulations and requirements for service provision

Posted Salary Range: USD $60.00 /Hr.
