Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify necessary parts for vehicle repairs by reviewing repair orders and estimates.
  • Execute adjustments, replacements, and repairs on various vehicle types, including sheet metal and structural welding.
  • Conduct road tests as needed to ensure quality repairs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical skills and manufacturer repair processes.
  • Perform work efficiently and accurately according to dealership standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional damage and communicate findings to the estimator.
  • Guide and mentor apprentice technicians while maintaining ASE certifications.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in welding, suspension, and framework is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
  • Preferred ASE Certifications in Damage Analysis, Estimating, and Vehicle Inspection.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
