Position Summary:
Are you passionate about animal welfare and skilled in providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly and motivated Veterinary Client Relations Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and high-quality customer service to both pets and their owners.
- Process payment transactions and manage invoices efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical histories.
- Verify the status of patients' vaccinations and diagnostic tests.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff regarding patient arrivals and required treatments.
- Assist in filling prescriptions and fulfilling requests for food and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian.
- Accurately enter data into our management software.
