Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

OVERVIEW:
The LPN plays a crucial role in providing patient care within the clinic during operational hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The LPN is tasked with:
- Delivering care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice.
- Overseeing any assigned staff and fostering teamwork across various disciplines.
- Being accountable to the supervising physician, department head, patients, and their families for all nursing actions.

PATIENT DEMOGRAPHICS:
The LPN will engage with a diverse patient population, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
Must hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of nursing experience in a physician's office setting, ideally in primary care.

Medical Assistant (MA)

OVERVIEW:
The Medical Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care within the clinic during operational hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The MA is accountable to the Physician/Provider, Office Supervisor, Department Director, patients, and their families for patient care tasks.

PATIENT DEMOGRAPHICS:
The MA will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is essential. Documentation confirming program completion must be provided at the time of hire for verification purposes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience in a physician's office as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a primary care environment.
