Lead Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Compass Connections. As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to our clinicians, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinicians, including individual and group supervision, case consultation, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards, as well as Compass Connections' policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff members, service providers, and professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, including hospitals, clinics, and other service providers.
- Provide training and education to clinicians and other staff members on clinical topics, including crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and cultural competence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to clinical services.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience, or a master's degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
- Experience working with children and families, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Strong clinical skills, including crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and cultural competence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaboration with other staff members, service providers, and professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
