VP of Business Development

Prime Robotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the robotics industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the robotics industry.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and expand our network.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the robotics or material handling industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
