Receptionist Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for attorneys.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
