Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Pocatello.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests and manage their account information
* Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs
* Perform general bookkeeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date hotel guest account information
* Provide a warm welcome, check guests in, and check them out when they leave
* Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready
* Field customer complaints when necessary

Requirements:

* Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
* Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
* 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
* Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
* High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
