Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Albuquerque location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers
  • Meet sales goals and contribute to the success of the store
  • Work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
