Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and continuous quality improvement of our care management programs. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that addresses the medical, behavioral health, and social needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of care management teams to drive operational excellence and productivity
  • Establishing strategic plans and objectives, collecting and monitoring performance data, and developing dashboards and reports
  • Developing and evaluating programs and projects that promote health, improve member engagement, and address holistic member needs
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless care and support clinical and operational goals
  • Building effective professional relationships with providers and other internal and external partners
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and representing the department at assigned committees
  • Facilitating staff meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; BSN or MSN preferred
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Medicare/Medi-Cal experience in a managed care environment
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management role required
  • 2+ years of case management experience in a medical group, IPA, and/or HMO setting preferred
