We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our management team. This key role requires a proven track record of success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.

  • Estimated Salary: $92,000 - $107,000 per year, based on experience and performance

About the Role

This critical leadership position demands a seasoned manager with expertise in front-of-house operations, financial management, and crew development. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including food preparation, guest relations, and business flow.

  1. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company standards.
  2. Oversee financial aspects, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of food products.
  3. Lead the crew, providing guidance, coaching, and recognition to achieve exceptional results.
  4. Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all food products meet recipe specifications.
  5. Forecast product needs based on inventory counts and make informed decisions about labor management.
  6. Participate in creativity and development of incentive programs, sales, and marketing services.
Requirements

To succeed in this demanding role, you must have:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Four years of management experience in any industry
  • Two years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Certifications or degrees in business, hotel, or restaurant management preferred
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good longevity in current and past positions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform other job requirements
